Feedback from one of the Judges from the 1st Round:

"Woke up early ready for a day of watching and judging a few videos, boy was I wrong as we had more videos in than I had expected not that I should be surprised as our competition was amazing! Got there and we had just under 100 videos! Split up and I was working with R'chelle and as we watched the videos we were given, we noticed one thing; many of the youth participating had talent and courage but just didn't know how to really express it and a lot of them needed a confidence boost which Brighter Steppings is there for! Even though the way the videos portrayed some of the entrants ideas wasn't that amazing, the ideas and the words some of the young people used was good and smart and it shows how us youths of today have a lot of potential, we just need to unlock and express it. We had to cut down lots of good entries and I wish everyone could’ve had a chance to win a prize but so is life. Maybe next time to the unlucky few and well done to those that got through." Nana Poku - Young Ambassador (15yrs old)

Please note that there is a prize for everyone that have entered the competition - certificate, taster session and more
